Shipping Policies & Times

After we receive your order it will take from 2 to 6 days to process your order for shipment.

When it says 2 - 3 days for shipping, that is the post office or UPS shipping times. It does not include processing, packaging time, or adverse weather conditions, etc. The post office and UPS do not consider the day we physically ship the package as a shipping day.

BACKORDERS: Backordered products could possibly be on car organizers and most likely will be drop shipped from the manufacturer.

We are no longer shipping outside the USA.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated based on weight, box dimensions, and shipping from our zip code to your zip code. There is a very small handling fee that is added onto the cost of shipping to pay for people to pull and pack your order.

If an incorrect shipping address is given at the time of order, we will work hard to reach you and get your package delivered. Unfortunately we will have to charge the fee charged to us of $10 to intercept your package and correct the shipping information.

If the package is returned to us we will do our best to contact you to see if you'd like to pay to have the order re-shipped or receive a refund, less the shipping and handling fee.

Return policy

  • Return authorization is required for all returned items.
  • Packages that arrive without return authorization codes will be refused.
  • If incorrect shipping address is given, additional charges will be applied.
  • All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The product must be in our hands, with a copy of your receipt, and in salable condition, in order to credit your account. We will refund your money, less any shipping charges you paid when ordering and you pay to ship the product back.
  • All unsalable products will not be accepted for credit and will be returned to the customer at their expense. Products that smell like cigarette smoke, are soiled or without original packaging materials are unsalable.
  • There are NO returns on sale or discounted items.

Defective Merchandise Policy

Please inspect merchandise upon arrival and notify us within five days of any damage in shipment. Otherwise, we need to assume any damage occurred after the package was received. You will need your original sales receipt and proof of payment.

Secure Online Ordering

We take great care in protecting your information through several encryption methods. You will not see the lock on the bottom of your screen or the https in the address bar until you get to the page requesting your credit card information. When you get to this page you'll see the padlock at the lower right hand corner of your screen. And/or you'll see https:// in the address bar.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Paypal

Credit Card Orders

You may purchase at www.thebusywoman.com via our secure server. We require the cvv code on the card. It's the last three digits on the back of Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Our merchant processing center can not process without this code.

All first time orders must be shipped to the address that your credit card bill is sent to so we can assure that you are the one ordering with your credit card. If you have any questions about this, please email us at susie(AT symbol)thebusywoman.com.

Sometimes you'll get a notice online stating that the card can not be processed. Or it will say something like invalid credit card number. This means that either there is a transposed number or you are using a corporate card that is not supported by our merchant services.

If you give an incorrect address you also might get an error. Your billing name and address must match the address where your credit card bill is sent.

If an incorrect shipping address is given at the time of order, we will charge additional shipping to cover our expenses.

Check or Money Orders

We are no longer taking checks or money orders.
